Make uk national minimum wage rates be the same no matter of how old you are
When workers do the same job role as people who are let’s say 25 it’s quite disheartening for younger people as we do the same as them but get paid less, we still have to pay out the same or more in some cases.
I just want everyone to get paid the same who are doing the same job. It doesn’t matter how old you are we should all get the same amount of pay as 25 year olds
