Keep the Holbeck managed red light zone open indefinitely.
In 2014 the Holbeck an area known for street prostitution became the UK's first managed red light zone. This means that sex workers in this area no longer face arrest between 7am and 7pm. This protects these women who can now inform police of violent incidents and work openly without fearing arrest.
