A programme to help the homeless get their lives back on track
Offer mental health support, temporary housing, drug/substance misuse, employability and education to the homeless to prevent the increasing percentage of humans living on concrete, struggling to stay alive and find happiness, this will decrease the UK’s homelessness issue and benefit our nation.

After the Homelessness Reduction Act was passed by Parliament last year, the Government introduced a plan of action to reduce homelessness earlier this year - you can find out more about it here:
