Outlaw councils from banning dogs from public beaches in England and Wales.
Most dog owners pick up their dog waste and control their dogs. People work all week or all even year for those magic moments on a beach with their family and dog, only to find dogs are not allowed on many beaches in England and Wales.
More litter/dog wardens could be employed giving offenders high on the spot fines.
