change the u.k tax policy so that taxes are used for peaceful purposes, not war.

Petition Details

We are seeking a change of current UK tax policy and object to paying for preparations for war.
To continue to pay all of our taxes, but to divert the percentage of income tax used for military action to peaceful purposes such as health care, peace-building and non-violent conflict resolution.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
