cyclists to pay road tax,they use the roads the same as cars & disobey rules.
cyclists should pay road tax they use the roads as much as car and motorbikes. and even have roads closed for the what causes huge problems. e.g(29th july)yearly
they disobay the highway code always seeing cyclists running red ligjts or just going on the pavement.& they wonder why they get hit off
end result stricter laws for cyclists who use the roads, even full Electric cars what have no toxic gasses now have to pay road tax so why should push bike users get away with it?
