Ban the riding of bicycles while walking dogs.

Petition Details

On a regular basis, I see people riding a bicycle while they take their dog for a walk. This is highly dangerous if the dog wants to stop to do their business as on many occasions, the rider is not even paying attention to their dog, which could cause severe injury to the dog.
