change personal injury law , anyone injured as a child can claim with no time
my sister in law was seriously burned when left unsupervised in a school playground when she was 7 yrs old. ( she is now 48 ) when her mother took her to a solicitor she was told unable to claim because she was a minor , the solicitor failed to inform her that she could claim when 18 until 21 .
when she tried to claim later in life she was told it was too late .
she was let down by the legal profession who failed to inform her of her rights. it is unacceptable that a child injured and unable to make
informed decisions . and only have 3 years to report something.
when she has a lifetime of suffering .
