Unbefitting behaviour for public office

Additional Information

Members of either Houses should be disqualified if they serve custodial sentences in excess of 6 months. In the instance were a member of either house is disqualified due to financial irregularities they should not be allowed back into either house until all outstanding funds have been fully repaid.
