Cycling to increase health and reduce Co2 - vat cut proposal

At a time of rising energy and CO2 costs the Government is asked to reduce the Vat rate on the sale of bicycle and ancillary goods and services from 20% to 5% with a view to promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing energy use and CO2 emissions in a time of austerity.
