To make the M5 north and south bond to 4/5 lanes wide from Exeter to Bristol.
The M5 north and south bond is one of the most congested motorways in the country and each week thousands of people are stuck in heavy traffic jams turning1 hour trips into 4 hours of stand still traffic. Extending each side to 4 or 5 lanes would increase the flow of traffic and decrease congestion.
