A referendum on any proposed increase in the EU budget

Additional Information

Any increase in the EU budget, that would increase the contribution made by UK tax payers should be ratified by the electorate in a referendum.

The EU is currently proposing to increase its budget by 5.23% which would cost the UK tax payers an extra £834 Million.

As a UK tax payer I believe the electorate ought to be asked whether this additional expenditure is a priority given the current economic crisis.
