Change the BBC licence fee system to a subscription based system.
Given the current availability of media through internet and the increasingly large number of TV stations, not many people watch the BBC, but they still have a pay a hefty annual licence for a service they do not use. This is not fair. The TV licence is an archaic concept. It needs to be modernised.
