Give full time members of the armed forces a council tax exemptions

Petition Details

Service personnel who live in a property that is not on a base have to pay council tax, however many of these due to where they are based actually live in these addresses minimally. they have to pay SILCOT the armed forces equivalent of council tax, as such they effectively pay double council tax
