Revisit the NHS Pay Deal 2018 as the initial communications were misleading
The detail released to NHS staff and Unions from NHS Employers was misleading and staff and unions have voted based on the information initially provided. This has resulted in large numbers of staff not receiving a 6% pay increase over 3 years as communicated.
