Petition Action

Provide Network Rail with funding for the second entrance at Putney Station

Petition Details

Wandsworth Council have been pushing for a 2nd entrance to Putney Station for years, but have failed to secure funding.

This project would improve access between SWT and District Line and reduce congestion in the main entrance. Please back this project with government funding.

Additional Information

Wandsworth Council article showing the benefits to locals:

Local Guardian article about the plans:

Putney High Street is also one of the most polluted roads in London, so this project would have health benefits, as well as saving time for passengers.
