Ban parking adjacent to speed bumps

Ban parking next to speed bumps in the same way that parking is forbidden next to pedestrian crossings.

When cars are allowed to park on or adjacent to speed bumps they create an extra hazard for other road users.
Speed bumps have become a dangerous feature on some roads.
Instruct Local Authorities to remove dangerous speed bumps.
