Introduce a law for both parents to have equal access to their children.
If you have parental responsibility for a child you don’t live with, you don’t necessarily have a right to contact with them. This is a statement on the https://www.gov.uk/parental-rights-responsibilities. This statement allows a parent to stop a child from seeing a the other parent.
All mothers and most fathers have legal rights and responsibilities as a parent
