Make the BBC accountable to the license payer regarding its spending.
Every FOI request I have made to the BBC regarding costs to the license payer for programmes has been refused "as we are exempt from the FOI Act.

The BBC is already required to produce annual reports and accounts that are made available to the public. We're therefore not sure what further action you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
