School fencing that will block the fire escape exit of Havelock Family Centre
October 2017 Havelock Primary School had internally planned to have a fence built in the summer of 2018. The school did not inform both Ealing Council or Havelock Family Centre proposing to build a fence.
Havelock Family Centre is next to the school where the proposed school fencing
The School and Havelock Family Centre have had a meeting. However the school are failing to understand their proposal of fencing will be a hazard blocking Havelock Family Centre fire exit escape route.
Not only the pedestrians access the road when crossing from Swift road it will cause a very hostile environment ad caged in as its not safe. I used to go the primary school next to Havelock Family Centre with my mother dropping me to school. There was no closure fencing and it felt safe.
If the school moved the fencing back towards the end of the road where its easily accessed to pedestrians that can walk and not causing any obstruction or lack of health and safety.
