Stop the 3.2% increase on rail fares set for 2019 after a disastrous 2018
The UK has some of the most expensive rail ticket prices in Europe. The catastrophic implementation of the 2020 plan show all train companies don't have a customer-centric approach and neglect users. Before raising prices, the government should put in place effective quality control system.
