Make the education system more accessible to people with mental illness
With results day just passed, a number of students have been disappointed with their grades, prevented from reaching their full potential by the education system's lack of support for mentally ill students. It is completely unacceptable to allow any child's potential to be wasted.
Mental illness in children and teens is on the rise, and thus this issue will only become worse in time.
Schools and colleges do not do enough to support vulnerable students, and the stigma surroundig mental illness prevents many from reaching the grades.
