Revise LA’s treatment of statutory law for vulnerable children and SEN children
Recently Essex County Council told me that after two years of me taking my daughter to school in my motibilty car. That were reducing the fuel payments or she could now go in a cab. I told them they couldn’t just change a already arranged travel plan because it would have a detrimental effect on her
