Stop all Councils in the UK giving out commercial dog breeding licen ses
Lucys Law does not go far enough in the welfare of dog breeding and selling. If you stopped the UK councils giving out commercial licenses then this would eliminate most the problems.
UK is a dog loving nation now lets prove it
