Reconsider licence requirement for small breeders to safeguard endangered breeds
Many dog breeds are endangered and can’t afford to lose breeders. Small breeders with <2 litters yearly in the home are concerned about being unable to meet the expense and requirements of the new licensing laws and may be forced out of business if they chance to make more than £1k in any one year.
