Amend the BBC Charter to require it to make achieved content freely available.
The BBC has many decades worth of programming that is currently not available to license paying residents of Britain. As the BBC Charter does not currently mandate that it is made available to said residents it is not possible to watch more than a fraction of this content.
We ask the Parliament and the Government to amend the BBC Charter to require the BBC to make all of its archived content available to license paying British residents.
