Scrap the CQC as an onerous bombastic regulation lead organisation

Petition Details

The CQC and its predecessors have developed this watch dog role since 2004, and it’s worth asking what if anything, these state appointed monitors have contributed to health and social care during that time, apart from undermining leadership and interrupting health care delivery.

Additional Information

I believe the CQC have made clear mistakes over recent years. It is clear that they are unlikely to change their methodology and a majority of health care professionals across the country think they are not fit for purpose, and wish to see a change in the way health and social care is regulated.
