Petition Details

Any parent with history of domestic violence verbal physical emotional psychological financial abuse stalking and coercive control and using children to be used to cause further harm to the victim parent who tries to leave the abusive relationship to protect self and the children eg using contact

Additional Information

How damaging domestic violence is for a family and further damage for the children who are also victims as they can be used as tools and for the abusive parent to exert control and power over the victim parent by using children by form of manipulation to destroy victim parent whilst granted contact in civil courts. This needs addressed and stopped to not cause further trauma and abuse to children who are too young to make choices for themselves and all agencies involved to be aware of these acts
