UK Nationals living in the EU should have compensation after losing rights.
UK nationals have been placed in a procarious position after Brexit, and a no deal will cause financial hardship and loss of basic rights. Brexit was not agreed to by many expatriates, and many couldn't vote. It's only fair that expats should be generously compensated should the UK leave the EU.
Reciprocal agreements could be cancelled, which could affect healthcare, pensions and place U.K. nationals as disliked and vulnerable citizens as Brexit will, and already has, caused problems for UK nationals in Europe. Brexiteers spared no thought for British citizens living in the EU, many of whom are not in a position repatriate to the UK. The weak pound has also caused problems, and anti-British sentiment is rising. We should be compensated as this compares to crimes against humanity.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about the rights of UK citizens living in the EU, but we're not sure exactly what form of help you wish to be provided.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
