Petition Action

The equality right of men to be fathers recognised in law

Additional Information

The CSA 1 (TC) form completed under the guidelines of the Child Support Act 1991 iniates all subsequent documentation to a father regarding CSA payments.

The Child Support Act 1991 section 6 (1a)
"a- fails to comply with a requirement imposed on her by the Secretary of State under section 6(1)"

If a mother deliberately or unwillingly issues, incorrect or fraudulent information on the CSA 1 (TC) she can not be held accountable, as this form falls outside the remit of the CSA.

Therefore is the precedent of law now set by the Secretary of State to waiver his right to intervene. Therefore nulifying his right in subsequent documents issued to fathers to subject fathers to;
a) Charges on Property
b) Loss of Driving Licence
c) Loss of Passport
d) Liability Orders
e) Jail or Suspended Sentences (Criminal Conviction)

If the original documentation is exempt, then by law is all subsequent documentation subject to the same waiver.
