Make the wearing of cycling helmets compulsory for all cyclists on public roads
Wearing a cycling helmet can help prevent serious injury in the event of falling or being knocked off a bicycle. This a long with education and road safety programmes will make cycling safer for all.
There are many studies supporting the wearing of helmets, and assessing how many injuries are prevented but no research to find where a helmet has caused an injury.
