Change wordings for current GP Fit Note form.
We want the government to do something about the injustice many workers and employees are suffering in the workplace. Stop employers exploiting grey areas in GP Fit Note form by refusing to support employees returning from sickness absence to return to work and using capability to dismiss workers.
