This country needs a sister service to the NHS to focus on social care

Care of vulnerable and elderly citizens

Giving social care a new and unique identity

This new service would create new and specialised employment with career paths offering a rewarding career with decent pay

Additional Information

Social care has a poor image , often seen as low paid casual work
But yet so vital in this age of an older generation
A new identity a new structure
With new career paths is needed
