Prices quoted for services and products to include VAT

Additional Information

Many businesses quote a price for a job or product, then later add VAT at the current rate. If I ask how much a job or product will cost, I want to know how much I, as a private citizen, will have to pay including VAT.

I would like to see all providers of goods and services be obliged to quote the total amount to be paid at the outset.
