Automatic prison sentence for carrying a knife
A good friend was slashed across the face by a female in a pub which resulted in a life changing injury two weeks ago. A man local to me was stabbed many times and died as a result of his injuries. In a quiet village. The idea that getting caught a second time before a prison sentence is nonsense
