The working practice of services regarding adults with learning disabilities need investigating root to branch inside and out by a specially appointed Select Committee.

Additional Information

Not fit for purpose the Parliamentary Health & Social Care Ombudsman, Local Government Ombudsman, UNISON and others fail to provide a service and/or adequate standard of service to deal with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
