Brexit is masquerading as the Will of the People – Repeal the Withdrawal Act
The Electoral Commission ruled that Leave campaigns committed serious offenses in pursuit of their slim referendum win.
That discredited result is the PM’s sole reason for her decision to leave the EU, ignoring all potential consequences.
Her decision, now law, will deliver Brexit at any cost.
The Withdrawal Act means Brexit will happen. It’s a statutory inevitability unless repealed before Exit Day.
No-deal Brexit is what we’ll get by default if paralysed politics prevent anything better.
The Act enshrines in law an irresponsible decision that threatens to send our country into free-fall.
Neither the courts nor the government can reverse Brexit now; only Parliament can deploy the safety net by repealing the Withdrawal Act.
