Petition Action

Let England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland govern themselves as independent countries."

Additional Information

The UK should leave the EU, giving each country the option to re-join as an independent country.
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland could opt for EU/not EU, Sterling/Euro, and govern themselves as fully independent countries. Hopefully they would all choose to stay part of the United Kingdom. England should then have a referendum on EU membership. If we vote to leave the EU, we would trade with them under WTO [World Trade Organisation] guidelines. Most importantly the government should then seek to maximise trade with our Commonwealth partners.
