Allow vehicle tax to remain with the vehicle upon transfer of ownership.

Petition Details

When the DVLA stopped issuing paper tax disc the ability to transfer vehicle tax to a new owner was also removed.
This means that in many cases the tax is paid by both the seller and buyer for the month the car changes hands.
