Petition Action

Implement a zero tolerance bullying policy in all public schools in the UK

Petition Details

Children all over the UK are suffering daily from bullying while at school, most will not report the incidents as they feel nothing will be done and the only outcome will further intensified bullying, if schools had a zero tolerance bullying policy and failed to act on it there is accountability

Additional Information

Daily there are suicide attempts from children and unfortunately some are successful, in this day and age no child should fear going to school due to the fear of bullying, they should be able to speak to teachers with the confidence that the bullying will stop.
The only way this can happen is if the shcool has a zero tolerance policy and has punishments for anyone caught bullying.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like a zero tolerance policy to mean.
