Justice for New build home buyers. No safety net for buyers.
Developers sell the dream and take the money. NHBC hard to deal with. Dreams turn to shattered lives.
Drainage/Sewage levels made too low.
Our site is a bad development.
We need government intervention to ensure new houses are properly built. My Surveyor found 117 defects.
I have evidence, the surveyors report should you need it. I have a hundred emails that I have sent to customer services and I have had a couple of jobs sorted. The service is diabolical.
