Abortion time to be lowered from 24 to 16 weeks.

Petition Details

Survival rates of premature babies have improved since 1990, when the law was last changed. Medical science and tech have made it easier for premature babies to survive at earlier dates. It's inhumane that this law hasn't been revised in nearly 20 years.
