Re-open the Croydon Cat Killer Investigation
The Met Police ‘confirmed’ that the Croydon Cat Killer doesn’t exist, and further stated that the grotesque mutilations and beheadings of cats were the result of ‘predation or scavenging by wildlife on cats killed in vehicle collisions’.
25 Post mortem examinations were carried out that further concluded that there was no ‘human involvement’, additionally, lacking CCTV evidence of this.
It’s fallacious and moronic to assume that the murdered cats were simply the victims of foxes.
The closure of the investigation will not bring peace to pet owners, but rather it will elicit consternation for many.
The Croydon Cat Killer is likely still out there and the discontinuation of the investigation will jeopardise cats’ lives.
