Get large scale supermarkets to make more recyclable plastic/ use less plastic.
Large supermarkets use extraordinary amounts of plastic a year. Just the top 6 British supermarkets produce enough plastic in a year to cover the whole of Britain in a 2.5 cm layer. I feel like this can change, and supermarkets should make a large effort to use less plastic, and recycle more.
For example, instead of putting open fruits and vegetables in a plastic bag, they could use paper bags, or introduce an option to bring in bags from home.
