Bring back hanging for people who kill others and rape children.

Petition Details

Many rapists go into prison and then come out to commit the same crime which is a massive issue with the system today many rape victims feel scared their rapist will try to attack them again. These people who commit these crimes shouldn't be allowed back into society.
