Implement a land value tax in the U.K. ????????
Taxing the wages of ones labour isn’t only immoral but inefficient, discouraging productivity land is different as it can’t be created or destroyed at sea level. Landlords are unproductive, they can leave land dormant and turn a profit, so tax them. Land could be used more productively. Henry George

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you'd like a land value tax, but we're not sure how the other information in your petition would effect such a tax.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
You'll need to give your real name to start a petition.
