We would like to increase the amount of police officers to reduce crime.

Petition Details

Whilst looking at research about crime we found that there has been a decrease of police officers in the UK. we found that we have lost more than 3000 police officers since 2003. the government has also taken out 1 billion pounds from the met police and youth services.

Additional Information

we found the information from the guardian a newspaper we also found additional information on the BBC news. there has been a 9.2 increase of crime between July 2016 and July 2018. we also found people feel more scared by the recent spate of violence.
