Unjust dismissal of pothole damage claims by your local council
Unjust dismissal of vehicular damage claim, caused by lack of road maintenance by County Council.
The particular road had many potholes, some severe, for many months and the incident happened on a rainy day when the potholes were full of water, so hidden. The vehicle was barely drivable and a tyre centre stated that the steering had been damaged. Relevant photographs and a claim form were sent to Buckinghamshire County Council. Incident date: 30/05/2018, location: Deep Mill Lane, Little Kingshill.
