Petition Action

All shops in the UK selling food must label products with all ingredients.

Petition Details

All food shops in the UK must label their products with ingredients because allergies for many people today are life threatening. Labelling with ingredients should be of the utmost priority and should supersede the aesthetics of the packaging and other factors.

Additional Information

This is quite frankly a matter of life and death and everyone should have the right to eat out, regardless of their allergies. Independent shops should also have to label their foods because this loophole is, simply put, dangerous. All ingredients, whether they are classified as allergens or not must be stated clearly on all food items.
