Make mental health a priority
People all over the world have struggled with mental health issues. Each person has fought a war we know nothing about, all coping in their own way.
Now we are being told that unless a child is suicidal, there’s little chance they’ll get the help they need.
People have been in waiting lines for weeks, months, even years to get help that they feel they desperately need.
There have even been cases of children taking their own lives, and all because they needed a shoulder to cry on. When are people going to see how important mental well-being is? When is it time to say, enoughs enough?
Let’s make a difference and get children and young people the help they deserve.
